昌平税务局中心办公室位于昌平区南邵南环路北京风景，这栋四层办公大楼，整体设计风格为现代风格，四面采用玻璃幕墙形式达到室内采光效果。一层是办税大厅，整体空间以金色及蓝色为视觉基调;二层是办税大厅和安防监控，整体空间以黑色及木色为视觉基调;三层是多功能会议层、党建室、荣誉长廊和档案室，整体空间以黑色及白色为视觉基调，呼应商务与大方，清新与自然;四楼为员工餐厅、宿舍和休息区，整体空间以木色及白色为视觉基调，拥有减压氛围，增添丰富的颜色。设计定位：整体设计呼应财富与威望、知识与信任的冀求。
